PillPal is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is a reminder and coordination tool to help people remember medications and to keep family informed. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always follow the instructions of your doctor and pharmacist. Never change, start, or stop a medication based on the app. Reminders and alerts may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control (device off, no internet, notifications disabled) — do not rely on PillPal as the only safeguard for critical medications. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
By creating an account or using PillPal, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
PillPal lets a caregiver set up a loved one’s medication schedule, delivers reminders, records whether doses were taken, and notifies family when a dose is missed. Features may change as the product develops.
You must be an adult to create an account, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the medication information you enter and for keeping your login secure. You confirm you have the right to enter information about anyone you add (for example, a parent you care for).
PillPal has a free plan, which covers one loved one and needs no payment. It also has paid plans, and choosing a paid plan takes a real payment straight away. When you select Family or Care+ in the app you are sent to Tap Payments’ own hosted payment page, where a charge is made in Kuwaiti dinar: KD 2.500 for Family and KD 4.900 for Care+. You enter your card or KNET details on Tap’s page, never on a PillPal page. The amount charged is the price shown for that plan, and our server checks the amount against that price before the plan is activated.
Each payment covers one 30-day period, and nothing renews by itself. A confirmed payment activates the paid plan for your household and records it as active until a date 30 days later. We do not store your card details and we have no recurring or automatic billing, so you are never charged again without choosing to pay again. There is no subscription to cancel: to stop, simply do not make another payment.
PillPal does not offer a free trial. We have no automated refund process — if you believe you were charged in error, email support@pilpilar.pages.dev. Prices may change; the price that applies is the one shown on the pricing screen at the time you pay.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders or alerts will always be delivered on time or at all. See the medical disclaimer above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PillPal and its creators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm arising from a missed, delayed, or incorrect reminder or alert, or from reliance on the app in place of professional medical care.
We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
